How often will I be required to provide multi-factor authentication?
As long as you keep your browser open, multi-factor authentication is only required
once a day to initiate a session with our system, although you may have to re-log in
with your password if your session is left idle for over an hour.
If you close your browser or the browser tab used for log-in you will be prompted
to re-authenticate (that is, sign in with both authentication factors).
